We have been working closely with FSD Zambia and Pensions and Insurance Authority (PIA) to establish an enabling environment to support microinsurance consumer insurance products and services that serve the most vulnerable populations in the country.

In April 2020, the PIA released the Microinsurance Principles and Guidelines aimed at promoting good and sound business practices in microinsurance consumer insurance products. In June 2021, this visual manual was produced. Click below to watch!
